Wegen dem ständigen Zustrom an Besuchern und der ständig wachsenden Zahl an Residenten,
wird Fuerteventura immer mehr zum Mekka fürs aus verschiedenen Ländern und Kontinenten.
Sie sollten jedoch nicht versäumen auch die kanarischen Spezialitäten zu probieren, die
es überall auf der Insel finden können. Typische Gerichte wie die Papas arrugadas
(in Meersalz geckochte, kleine Kartoffeln), der Traditionelle Fischeintopf Sancocho,
leckere mojos Saucen, die Fisch und Kartoffeln den besonderen Geschmack verleihen, oder
Gofio, eine Art Weizenmehl, das sowohl für Getränke (ähnlich unserem
Weizenbier) als Beilage oder auch als Süssspeise verzehrt werden kann, finden Sie in fast allen
spanischens, wo Sie natürlich auch aus Spanien bekannte Gerichte wie Tapas oder Paellas essen können.
